Blue Flag has announced its winners of its annual survey of clean beaches in England and Seaton Carew has been awarded a Blue Flag.
The survey, conducted around the world, measures across a range of 29 criteria, including accessibility for disabled visitors to the number of bins, lifeguards and litter levels.
