Hartlepool Marina

Hartlepool Marina is one of the most modern Marina facilities in Europe. Featuring one of Europe’s biggest boat hoists and attracting hundreds of vessels, the £60 million Marina is Hartlepool’s most alluring and relaxing location. High fashion, waterside restaurants and romantic promenades may be more characteristic of a continental port, but Hartlepool has definitely made marina life a delicacy of its own.

Modern Apartment blocks, high class restaurants, hotel, high-tech business centres, shops and entertainment venues are just some of the sights you will come across when you visit this fabulous destination.

Navigation Point is where the majority of the Marina’s bars and restaurants are located. Hartlepool Marina’s centrepiece is the award-winning Historic Quay – a faithful reproduction of an 18th century seaport portraying the exciting experience of what life was like at the time of Nelson and Trafalgar. The HMS Trincomalee and the Museum of Hartlepool are also located within the Marina development.

For shopping Hartlepool Marina is home to some big names, stores include; Asda, Comet, Currys, Next, Matalan, Pets and Home and many more. Plus if you want to make a day of it there are plenty of restaurants, a bingo hall and a cinema!

And if you want to use the marina for your boat or vessel, we have 500 fully serviced pontoon berths and a selection of quayside berths available for vessels up to 60m LOA and 5m draft.

Diesel is available 24 hours a day.
Petrol is available at ASDA across the road from the marina.
Calor gas is available 24 hours a day from the lock office.
