A whole new venture and approach to dining in Hartlepool. The Flagship is a brand-new, contemporary style restaurant.
Two state of the art kitchens have been created to inspire the students and the catering team to create food to Michelin Star standards. Wherever possible the produce used will be sourced locally and ethically.
The menu, like the building and it’s surrounds, is also a breath of fresh air. Starting with a breakfast menu which includes a superb Eggs Benedict, Lunch options that include pan-fried Sea Bass, Northumbrian Lamb Shank and vegetarian options including the local favourite ‘Pan Haggerty’.
As well as fine dining we also offer a stunning ‘Afternoon Tea’ and, for the more adventurous, ‘Champagne Afternoon Tea’, To accompany this we have a superb range of over 20 specialist loose-leaf teas to choose from.
