Tickets for shows at the Theatre can be obtained by calling into the Box Office (Hartlepool Art Gallery) which is open Tuesday – Saturday, 10am – 5pm. The Theatre Box Office closes at 4.30pm. Closed Sundays and Mondays.

Tickets are also available at the Town Hall Theatre 45 minutes prior to all events

Telephone the Box Office on 01429 890 000 to reserve your tickets or to purchase tickets using your credit or debit cards – there is a £1.00 charge for credit/debit bookings including postage.

When the Box Office is closed you may leave your order on the telephone answering machine.

Postal Bookings
Tickets are also available by writing to the Box Office, giving full details of the tickets you require. Enclose a cheque or postal order made payable to ‘Hartlepool Borough Council’ and a stamped addressed envelope

Discounts
There are generous discounts available to children, students, the over 60’s, unemployed people and disabled people. Free admittance is given to a wheelchair user’s companion. Proof of entitlement is required

Group Bookings
A discount is available for most events to pre-booked groups of 10 or more

Please note that tickets cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase

Car Parking
Car Parking is available for up to 45 cars at the side of the Theatre on Lauder Street (evenings and weekends only). To get to the car park you need to be aware of the one-way road system, which means driving into Avenue Road turning into Lauder Street. The car park is on your left opposite the Police Station.
